Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA): Similar to EVLA, RFA uses radiofrequency energy to heat and close off the affected vein. A catheter with a radiofrequency electrode is inserted into the vein, and controlled thermal energy is applied, causing the vein to collapse and seal.

Sclerotherapy: In this procedure, a special foam or liquid solution is injected directly into the varicose vein. The solution irritates the lining of the vein, causing it to collapse and eventually be absorbed by the body. Sclerotherapy is often used for smaller varicose veins or as a follow-up treatment to EVLA or RFA.

Microphlebectomy: Also known as ambulatory phlebectomy, this procedure is used to remove larger varicose veins close to the surface of the skin. Tiny incisions are made along the vein, and the vein is carefully extracted using a special hook or forceps.
